Cardiff Blues have said they are open to the idea of installing temporary seating at Cardiff Arms Park in order to increase capacity for the Amlin Cup final. Bath Rugby fans have reacted with shock and anger after it was revealed the club has only been allocated around 1,000 tickets for the game. Mike Ford's side recorded a 24-18 victory over Wasps in the last four on Sunday to set up a final against Northampton Saints at Arms Park on Friday, May 23. Both finalists will receive the same tickets allocation, believed to be in the region of 1,000, for the game. Numbers are limited at the 12,000 capacity stadium as tickets have been on sale from tournament organisers ERC since last September. The ERC have come under-fire for their management of the game and supporters of both clubs have launched an online petition to have the final venue moved. That idea seems unlikely but Blues chief executive Richard Holland said the club are ready to add extra seats at the ground for the game. Holland told Wales Online: "We are delighted to have this game and see the Arms Park as a great venue "We were approached and offered the chance to host this game but it is not our event, we're just providing the venue. "But if ERC want to explore the possibility of putting in temporary seating to increase the capacity, we are more than happy to work with them on that."
