Police have released a CCTV picture of a man they would like to speak to after the theft of £12,200 worth of jewellery from the Priory Hotel in Bath.
The incident happened at the luxury hotel in Weston Road at around 5pm on Wednesday, Feburary 12.
However, details of the crime have only just been released by Avon and Somerset Police.
The jewellery was stolen from a display cabinet and police have released a CCTV image of a man who may be a suspect.
They also want to hear from anyone who has been offered discount-price jewellery for sale.
Anyone with any information is asked to call Bath police on 101 quoting crime reference number 15023/14.
