Team Bath Netball stretched their unbeaten run in Zeo Superleague to a sixth match with a 66-50 win over Team Northumbria on Saturday.
The visitors made their intentions clear from the outset at Newcastle's Sports Central and built up a 17-12 lead in the first quarter.
Serena Guthrie's side took control of the contest in the second, increasing their advantage to 35-20 before half-time.
Northumbria tried to rally in the third quarter and cut the deficit to 46-35 but the damage was already done and they could not overhaul Bath before the final whistle.
Reigning champions Bath remain third in the table ahead of their mouth-watering clash at home to league leaders Surrey Storm at the University of Bath Sports Training Village on Monday.
