The police helicopter has been flying over Bath city centre this afternoon looking for two suspected motorbike thieves.
The alarm was raised just before 2pm when two men were spotted pushing a vehicle up Bennett Street, with a lock still through the rear wheel.
While officers began their search they were approached by the motorcycle's owner, who said his vehicle had been stolen.
They are concentrating their search on the area around The Circus.
