Drinkers at a Bath pub will be able to celebrate St Patrick's Day by enjoying a new Irish Stout.
The King of Wessex in James Street West is hosting its St Patrick's Day celebrations over four days from Friday March 14 to Monday March 17 inclusive.
It will be serving Two Brewers Irish Stout, a collaborative brew between brewers Cormac O'Dwyer of the Dungarven Brewery in County Waterford in the Republic of Ireland and Fergus Fitzgerald of Adnams Brewery in Suffolk.
The beer has been brewed exclusively for Wetherspoon pubs.
The jet black stout (4.4 per cent abv) is described as having a "toasted vanilla and coffee aroma with a slightly nutty character and dry finish."
It will cost £2.35 a pint.
Additionally the pub will be reducing the price of a pint of Guinness on Monday March 17.
Pub manager Kenny Knox said: "We're looking to celebrate St Patrick's Day in style by starting on the Friday in the lead up to the day itself."
