An influx of staff could see a Bath business taking hens and stags around the world.
From next month there will be a new man in charge at Stagweb, an online business which organises and runs stag dos.
The business also runs Go Hen for female revellers.
When Steve Roddy, 30, joined the Bradford on Avon firm seven years ago, there were only three members of staff and he was on placement from his degree at Bournemouth University.
"It's such a young firm and an exciting industry to be in. At the time, when I graduated, a lot of friends were going down the corporate line and doing the same thing day in, day out.
"When I first started here, because the team was so small you did everything, which was good training and a well-rounded role, and means I know the company."
Mr Roddy, who will take up the new role from March 1, said 2014 would see continued growth.
He said last year the company, which employs 19 staff, invested in its own operations with the appointment of five new members of staff, the move to new offices in Bath city centre and a new website.
"We want to position the company much better and continue the recruitment drive."
Stagweb is currently recruiting for four positions.
