Leaders at Bath and North East Somerset Council look set to agree a budget of almost £120 million.
This evening councillors will discuss the authority's spending priorities for the next 12 months.
The council is proposing to freeze council tax for the fourth year running and invest £15 million in capital projects such as highways, creating jobs and outdoor facilities for children.
