7.10pm: No trains leaving Paddington for south west at moment due to signalling problems linked to flooding in Thames Valley. First Great Western says services expected to resume 7.30pm but with delays and cancellations.
Traffic is slow through Limpley Stoke and Hinton Charterhouse following an accident.
Police have closed Branch Road between its junction with the A36 and the B3110 Wellow Lane following a one-vehicle accident.
Police are at the scene diverting traffic back towards Brassknocker Hill.
According to Twitter motorists are being prevented from using the A36.
