5.10pm update: An accident involving two cars has partially blocked the M4 motorway near Bristol.
The cars have collided at junction 19 for the M32 motorway on the eastbound carriageway.

8.10am update: An accident involving two cars is blocking the entry slip road on the M4 at junction 20 with the M5 motorway.

Drivers are being urged to be prepared for widespread, dense fog patches this morning.
A cold start to the day with fog slow to clear could make your journey to work tricky this morning.
A fog warning has been issued for the M4 motorway between junction 18 at Bath and junction at Chippenham.
Elsewhere, flooding has closed the A368 in Chelwood between Chelwood Roundabout and the junction with the A39.
There is better news on the trains with services through Bath Spa Station running on time.
We are promised bright spells when the fog does clear this morning before a band of rain arrives later from the west turning heavier into the evening.
