Two of the owners of a popular bar and restaurant gutted in a fire earlier this year are to open a new business - in the pub next door.
Banglo director Robbie Tack and his brother Jamie are opening a smokehouse in the Green Park Tavern.
The business - called GPT Smokehouse - is scheduled to open on December 6.
Its Twitter account @GPTBath says it will offer "great food, inc Sunday roast, open all day for coffee, lunch, takeaway, quizzes, good live music, hub of fun!"
The Green Park Tavern closed in August.
Banglo - which was run by the brothers and other directors not associated with the new venture - was destroyed by fire in May in an incident that shocked its loyal clientele.
Many of them have welcomed the new venture on Twitter.
