A Bath home designed by city-based architects has been shortlisted for an industry award.
The 1960s property in Bathwick was completely renovated by Designscape Architects and now the work, which also included an extension, has been shortlisted in the House post-1945 category at the AJ Retrofit Awards 2013 run by the Architects Journal.
The awards champion the best in the creative re-use of buildings.
A spokesman for the company said: "Renovation of the existing housing stock in Bath is a huge challenge and a huge opportunity. Whereas there are strict controls over the older historical housing which limits the possibilities, it was gratifying to be able to breathe new life into a 1960s building."
The winner will be announced on September 11.
