This letter is to thank all the Ambulance crew who work for E-Zec (Bath Branch) who helped me and others get to the RUH for their respective appointments.
E-Zec helped me over a period of about two months. During that time I found the ambulance crew to be courteous, kind and polite to everyone using their service. They also looked very professional and smart.
However, it was not without its difficulties for the ambulance crew as I needed to be taken up the stairs in a wheelchair to where it was again difficult to move the wheelchair round to get me to the front door (at this point it reminded me of the time when Sudan chairs were used and carried by men to transport people around Bath and how hard it must of been for the men then).
I realise too that it was especially hard for the crew because of the very hot weather.And this is why I want all the crew to know how much I appreciated what they did to get me to and from the RUH.
