People have been getting experience of working with animals in the hope of pursuing their dream career.
The eight-week long animal care course was organised by the City of Bath College in collaboration with Bath City Farm.
Eight adult learners took part and found out more about looking after farmyard animals, including pigs, chickens, goats, sheep and ponies.
Not only did they gain practical experience, but they also worked towards a qualification from the Open College Network, which means they are now qualified to work with animals.
Mother-of-one Emma Gurr, from Bath, who has her heart set on working at the Bath Cats and Dogs Home, was one of those who took part.
The 46-year-old said: "I love animals. I always have and always will.
"The course went really well. I have not only learned all about animal care, but also made new friends and improved my confidence."
Unemployed Shane Delliston, 38, completed the course to help him find his "dream job of working with animals".
He said: "The course covered a little bit of everything. I really enjoy working with animals and I've learned so much."
Course tutor Helen Fisher, who works at Bath City Farm, said the animal care course would be the first of many.
The college's community learning department is continuing to work with the farm.
