Staff at Bath's Lush shop staged events to highlight concern over fracking last week.
All 105 Lush Cosmetics shops took part in a day of action against fracking and the spread of unconventional oil and gas exploration.
The firm declared the day Fracktastic Friday, with mock-earthquakes staged every hour on the hour to reflect worries over tremors blamed on the gas extraction method.
Staff jumped around the shop during the stunts.
They also staged a cocktail party to highlight concern over the risk of pollution of water supplies, including Bath's hot springs.
Shoppers were invited to pledge to help keep the UK frack-free. An online pledge has been designed at www.lush.co.uk/fracking, along with an animation explaining the alleged risks.
