A football match is being held in memory of a popular young Bath shop worker who died from cancer earlier this year.
Carl John Wheeler, who was known as CJ, passed away at the Dorothy House hospice at Winsley just three weeks after being diagnosed with the disease.
His family have set up the CJ Wheeler Tulip Fund, in aid of the hospice.
The CJ Wheeler Charity Football Match is being held on Saturday at Bath City Football Club at Twerton Park.
Gates open at 4pm, with kick off at 5pm.
The match will be followed by a disco with a live band, and there will be a raffle including prizes such as a 32-inch television and a hot-air balloon ride.
For children there will be a bouncy castle, face painting, and a penalty shoot-out.
CJ, who was 22 when he died and worked for Argos, grew up in Peasedown St John with his parents Nigel and Julie and sister Holly.
He attended Peasedown St John Primary School and, after the family moved to Bath, went to what was then Culverhay School.
