The first correct answer out of the hat first thing on Monday morning will get the tickets.
The question is: who directs this new production of Shakespeare's King Lear?
Playing King Lear, the ultimate tragic monarch, is the pinnacle of every actor's career.
After receiving ecstatic reviews for his towering performance as George III in The Madness of George III in 2011 both in Bath and in London's West End David Haig returns to the Theatre Royal to take on the greatest role in Shakespeare's canon.
The aging King Lear rewards his two oldest daughters with his kingdom when they flatter him with false praise. But his youngest daughter Cordelia confesses simply to love him and is banished.
Too late to realise his mistake and forced from power by his offspring the increasingly impotent and frail Lear descents into madness. The play is directed by Lucy Bailey one of the UK's most exciting directors who has worked with Shakespeare's Globe and the Royal Shakespeare Company.
The play opens on Thursday, July 25 and runs until August 10.
