Pupils at St Julian's School in Wellow have been learning what life is like for two classmates who suffer from a condition that often leaves them too tired to play.
Nine year-old Charley Mannings and her sister, Jorja, aged six, both suffer from myalgic encelphalomyelitus or chronic fatigue syndrome, and the school has been raising awareness of the condition as well as raising funds for the Tymes Trust, which helps young sufferers.
Children wore onesies or pyjamas and dressing gowns to school for the day and also held a cake sale for the charity.
The day raised some £200 for the trust.
