Midfielder Noah Keats has become the second Bath City player to commit himself to the club for the 2013-14 season.
The 21-year old University of Bath student initially joined City's Academy set-up last summer, having been released from hometown club Exeter City.
He was almost immediately identified as a first-team prospect and justifed this faith, becoming a regular starting XI player this season.
"I've really enjoyed this season and am looking forward to pushing on with the lads," said Keats.
City chairman Manda Rigby added: "Since joining in pre-season training, Noah has really impressed and commanded a first-team place.
"We are delighted he is committing to Bath City for a further year."
Goalkeeper Jason Mellor last week handed the Blue Square Bet South club a huge boost by agreeing a contract for the 2013-14 season.
