Two men have been charged in connection with a stabbing in Bath over the weekend.
Nathan Dixon, 23, of Larkhall, and Karl Gordon, 25, of Snow Hill, have both been charged with grievous bodily harm with intent.
Dixon has also been charged with possession of an offensive weapon.
The pair have been remanded in custody and are due to appear at Bath Magistrates Court tomorrow.
It follows an incident in Gay Street in the early hours of Sunday morning.
Police were called to the scene at around 2am and a 24-year-old man was found with serious, but not life-threatening injuries.
He has now been discharged from hospital but will continue to need medical treatment.
Dixon and Gordon were arrested that day and have remained in police custody since then.
Detective Inspector Julie Mackay said: "We take all violent crime extremely seriously and will thoroughly investigate any attacks which take place.
"As we have done here, we will respond quickly and effectively to ensure that our communities in Bath are safe and feel safe."
